Worst experiance ever!

Had the worst experiance ever with Netflorist... first issue is when I made payment with my ebucks for a special birthday present for a loved one and the system suddenly broke and my order didnt go through but all my ebucks went off...was a mission calling them 3 times to try and get the issue sorted where I was given a voucher.....then delivery... only some of the order was delivered...only a plant that doesnt look like what I ordered.....no chocolates and no special Darth Vader balloon that was a really special thing for us. Then after another 4 calls they promised they would fix it in time to still deliver on her Birthday.....and guess what.....no delivery happened!!!! Something that was supposed to be special was just a ****ty experiance where I would love shove the incorrect plant up Harrold's ass.
