Worst ever. Still waiting for my refund.

I placed an order on the 9/11/2022. A day before I needed the delivery to be made for my daughter to her school. I made payment in the 9/11/22. I then called them to ask as she is writing exams. If that could kindly deliver it before 10am on the 10/11/22. The lady on the phone said straight no we can’t. And I then requested her to cancel it. She then did and said I will get a refund within 1 to 3 days. I have since today the 19/11/22 received no refund. Everyday when I call them when I give them the order number. They say ok let me check with finance and we will call you just now. They never call me back. I don’t know why you so unprofessional. Because I had same experience before and taught you have improved how you do business. Worst company ever. I have ordered the same day from another florist company and they delivered to my daughter on time.
