Worst ever service

Worst worst service and you pay so much. My order was ready for delivery at 12h00 and only got delivered after 17h00. Lucky she was still at work as they work up until 17h00 The delivery fees is R89 and the flowers is so expensive and it's wasn't even fresh. The forest is just around the corner of the address but it took them 5 hour's. Next time I'll rather use inteflora.
