Worst delivery ever

I’ve bought the flowers at 9am to be delivered on the same day for my wife birthday just to receive at 8.30pm. Honestly that’s really inappropriate, if the volume is too big for you handle, stop taking orders or something. I’m absolutely disappointed with the service
