Worst delivery

Worst service I have ever had..seriously. ordered a gift that was supposed to be delivered on the 12th feb for my brothers new baby. It did not arrive. I had to phone the Sunday only to be told the got they address wrong. They said it would be delivered on monday. No delivery. Phone today they said it will be delivered today. Still no delivery and its 18:30. Never will I use netflorist again.
