Worst customer service, worst manager including his staff?

The worst services ever???

It's my mom's Birthday. I placed an order for Flowers, Chocolate & card before 11:00. I did an immediate payment & sent proof of payment immediately. My mom didn't receive her surprise order??. I called through the day to make follow up and the staff apologized and promised to call back to let me know what's going on. It's a day later and I still the order is not delivered and I haven't received feedback. Netflorist can go straight to Hell.. How dare you play with people like this. Am still waiting for the manager to call me as Rumaanah promised he will call. Now am trying to call them and they have blocked my phone number. So I can't get through.
