WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER.

I purchased a voucher for mothers day on the 5th of May. I didn't receive a voucher. I called in and they took all the information and said they'd get back to me 5 days of waitng and nothing i would message their whatsapp agents, and would get no names or details on how far they are with my voucher, I've beeeeeeen nagging them and I tried my best not to vulgar or rude but I literally couldn't get my mom a mothers day gift. People always give the best reviews on netflorist and their service, I have not been lucky enough to experience that. I was told by 5 or 6 people that the issue was escalated. I truly hated this. There was no transparency, no accountability and no clarity as to what was being done to resolve my issue.
