Worst company to deal with for gifts.

One of the worst companies to order gifts from. My girlfriend from philippines who got me gift for valentines day. A preserved rose value @R1300 with custom message was not delivered and first driver saidni have signed for it which i never did. Now they want to credit 50% value of that rose which i find as a insult. Customer services is *******. Email them always someome new. Call them never hear from them. On a international level they are rated the worst as they ruined our first valentines day.. And on the verge of a break up. The hell i been going though passes few day cause of this company . I do not advise anyone to buy from them . They quick to take a persons money but have to fight with them to get a anwser from them to fix their own mess.
