WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Placed an order for a personalised gift and flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary on 22 Sept for delivery on 28 Sept. I recieve the personalised gift without any flowers or the card. After discussions with agents via online chat and telephonically, im told i just have to wait as they dont guarantee deliery times but it will be delivered. Well its no longer my anniversary and the flowers and card have still NOT arrived. Will NEVER use Netflorist ever again.
