Worst after sale service

Bad service as usual, received a notification that the gift has been delivered eventhough I know it was not. According to NetFlorist it was signed for by my wife eventhough she was in bed at the time someone received the gift. Obviously money wasted as NetFlorist has no after sales service. You can call and they will state that the problem will be fixed but it won't. I know because it is not the first time they made a mistake with my order
