Worse than worse service

If I could give it a minus I would!.

My mother's birthday was on the 24th and I placed an order with Netflorist for a fruit basket as they advertised that they deliver this as part of essential goods. I received an email confirming that the order will be delivered on the 24th April and they debited my credit card. And then NOTHING happened. I tried unsuccessfully to get hold of anybody and finally did this morning just so that the call centre operator can inform me that OOPS they made a mistake and that they cant deliver to Port Elizabeth! Pathetic! And now they want me to order a mother's day gift. What a joke!
