worse service delivery for the second time

2019 valentines day.days before i placed an order..order wasnt delivered on the day but only few days after.now again placed order 1august 2022 and payed for for friday 5 august 2022 as a birthday present.the delivery wasnt done.it was only done 10aug 2022 and yet late if my wife didnt wait after office hours she would missed the delivery.worse service ever and i will not use them again
