worse service

worse experience, i purchased flowers, chocolates and a cake for a friend to say thank you for all her help on the 23 of march 2021 and i even paid for same day delivery.

the items were never delivered but an email was sent to say delivered, i called my friend and she said she received nothing. i called netflorist and was told that they made a mistake and will deliver today the 24 of march but cannot promise me the time. At about 4.30 this evening, my friend msged to say thanks for the cake, she just received it but she never received the flowers. This was so embarrasing. i called netflorist and then they sent an email saying they sorry and will deliver tomorrow, I'm sure that they wont be able to deliver on time and yet took extra fees from me. This is going to be 3 days now.

I will never support netflorist again,
