Worse service and I want my Money

I order from Netflorist flowers and a parcel for my Wife Anniversary. the Order was not delivered and only 2 days after my anniversary they called to say they going to deliver. i cancelled the order. and i had to wait for 7 days for my money. in the process Netflorist debit my accouny again and i received a message to say my order is ready for deliver. at that time i called Netflorist to say my order was cancelled why have you debtid my account again. It is over 2 months and i am still waiting for my money . the person i wass deling with does nto respond and no one answers they calls.
