worse service

i ordered flowers this morning on the 23/07/2020 for one of my friends and I was told it will be delivered today, I queried this afternoon as to why she did not receive the flowers yet, only to be told that they are unable to deliver those flowers, they can refund me back my money or give me a voucher. I asked for them to send something for the same price as it is her bday and no reply from them

absolutely pathetic, will never order from them again
