No consideration for customers. If there was a 0 rating I would give it to these people. I feel ****med by netflorist. I ordered a personalized backpack from them which is a gift which was meant for gym. The bag including delivery cost was R500. Instead of receiving a back I received a ****** side bag one handed back people!!!!! Very Very little bag which costed me R400. Take note that they have the worst return policy. So from the total amount I paid, they want to deduct 50% of the amount plus delivery fee. Then in return, take back the bag meaning that I would have paid over R300 for something I don't have. To say I'm disappointed and frustrated at this people will be an understatement. Delete your account from them if you can. Absolutely disgusted. I want my money back.
