Worse experience on two occasions. Never again!!!

Very poor service, on two occasions i have ordered gift sets for someone's birthday and i was very disappointed. On the two occasions it was never delivered on the birthday so what's the point of the surprise! Secondly i was told on the day of delivery that some items will not be delivered because they were unavailable what a disgrace! I would not recommend at all. And worse when you call to follow up on a delivery they tell you that they don't have control on delivery... Very disappointed.
