With Valentine's Day around the corner, DO NOT ORDER FROM NETFLORIST - YOU ARE WARNED!

Today is my four year anniversary with my beautiful wife. I got to work and thought she would appreciate having flowers delivered to her work, so I logged into my NetFlorist account (since they are normally quite reliable) and ordered some flowers.

The proof of payment was sent to them 9h36. Since the website guarantees same day delivery if the proof of payment is sent before noon, I did not foresee any problems with timing. However 12h26 I received a mail to inform me that the delivery date has been changed to 2 February 2018 since they "received the proof of payment a little too late".

Judging by all the negative Hello Peter reviews of late (combined with the fact that NetFlorist doesn't even bother to respond to these reviews), I could have avoided this had I only checked Hello Peter first. I would definitely not advise anyone to use NetFlorist until they get their service sorted out. That is unless you don't mind disappointments.
