Wilted Flowers delivered after event!

<p>I ordered flowers for my sister's graduation - which was a memorable occasion as she was getting a doctorate. The flowers arrived at 20h40 although I received the dispatched message at 12h30. By the time the flowers arrived they were wilted.</p> <p>I cannot believe the poor service. This morning I phoned Netflorist to complain and they requested a photo of the flowers which I sent them.</p> <p>I have not received any response yet from them and I am totally upset with the service.</p>
