Wilted flowers

I ordered flowers for my mother which had a heart attack and was hospitalized in the Mediclinic, Potchefstroom. The service was speedy and friendly, as I have come to know Netflorist service over the years. Living abroad I often used the service and had always been satisfied. However, this time when I saw the flowers, I was so disappointed. The arrangement was barely 40 cm high and some of the flowers were already wilted. Some did not even open. It cost me R 629.00 incl of delivery. It was an embarrassment to tell my mother I sent it. What a waste of money!!!<br> <br> Hope it never happens again.<br>
