Wilted and dry roses for R1000 - disappointing

I ordered a bouquet of roses for Valentine’s Day that looked amazing in the pictures but were underwhelming when they arrived as they were not fresh and were wilted. Tried to notify the company on the chat bot about the appearance of the flowers but nobody responded which was surprising because they were so responsive when ordering the flowers. Quite disappointing considering that I spent R1000 on wilted roses.
