Wilted and almost dead sunflowers received

I ordered the sunflower smiley pot for my daughters 20th birthday. What I received is absolutely shocking. Wilted and almost dead sunflowers. The other purple flowers look like they were just thrown in. I cannot believe Netflorist let the delivery go out like that. Im am shock and extremely dissapointed.
