Will not be using Net florist Again

<p>I am utterly disgusted by your service! "100% Satisfaction guaranteed"??? Well i am not Satisfied what so ever! on the 20th of May 2016 (Friday) I ordered flowers and other items to be delivered to a friend today 22 May 2016 (Sunday). I was perfectly assured through the call center, various e-mail notifications saying that the flowers has been dispatched and SMS's that, even though it was a Sunday, the flowers will be delivered today but this DID NOT HAPPEN.I will NEVER purchase anything from NetFlorist and will recommend that my company does not either.
