WILL NEVER USE NETFLORIST AGAIN!

Absolutely horrified with this service. Don't waste your time or money in placing an order. I placed a birthday cake and flower order at 10am to be delivered to the same address.. Firstly there is no notice advising these will be delivered SEPERATELY to the same address. Also no notice advising your order can possibly be delivered by 8pm at night. The flowers were only picked up at 3pm and delivered by 5.10pm and the cake was fetched around 3pm and delivered at 8.18pm at night!!!!!!!How can you even spoil anybody in this manner when they are receiving the gifts at the end of their birthday and a cake to cut way passed dinner time at totally at the end of their birthday. This was most embarrassing for me as it was a delivery to a client!!!.
