Will never use Netflorist again

I had ordered flowers, chocolates and a teddy bear for a loved one. I typed out and meaningful and very thoughtful message. Only for the gift to be delivered to my loved one with a note for SOMEONE ELSE... And all the delivery service says is SORRY. I have emailed Netflorist a number or times as well as tried calling them but got no response.

This was meant to be a surprise gift but ended up just ****ing off the recipient. So all the thought I put into picking the gifts and my message was all for nothing.
