WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!!

How does a store who's main business is delivering goods on time fail at that? How can you not know the current location of your drivers? How can you have no contact info of your drivers? You charge ridiculous prices but we willing to pay for the convenience yet you can't deliver on your promise. Your call centre sounds so uneducated I felt myself getting dumber listening to them speak. It's 6pm and still no delivery but now I must pay a fee for canceling it even though it's not my fault..
