Will NEVER buy from Netflorist again!!!

I ordered a personalised clock as a birthday gift on the 2nd August 2023. Not only was the name spelt incorrectly but I or the recipient would have to build the shoddily made clock. We are now in October and despite many phone calls, emails and promises as well as assurances the refund has been processed, I still have NOT received my money!! I am frustrated beyond words and will NEVER buy from Netflorist again!! 🤬
