Wife did not receive anniversary gift

Ordered the 'Whole 9 yards' using my Greenbacks on the Greenbacks store(Order# ***) on the 1/27/2016 to be delivered on the 1/02/2016. Wife was eventually contacted on Monday(8/02/2016) (week after anniversary). Was told that it would be delivered on the 9/02/2016(So much for a surprise). Wife contacts them herself late in the afternoon on 9/02/2016, they tell her that it has been delivered in Rosebank(??? To whom), then they apologise to her and tell her there's been a mix up somewhere, her gift will arrive today(10/02/2016). She decides to call them, but now gets informed that her order was cancelled on Monday!! Experience has totally destroyed our first anniversary.
