Terrible experience, poor customer service, i placed an order with my vodacom voucher R400 , it went through but come time to finish they want a credit card when the total is zero, called them a number of times spoke to atleast 4 consultants and all of them say they escalating the query, like shouldnt it pop up that a query for the same person has been made, they promised to call and email me, im still awaiting till this day. My vouchers were redeemed without me getting anything.
