Why supply chocolates if you can't deliver!?

Order number: ***<br> <br> I am getting very disappointed with the service and quality being received from NetFlorist recently. Off an earlier order, the flowers received were tiny (~3cm rose buds). When I sent through a query - just got back a generic apology & they closed the call.<br> <br> Now the flower & chocolate combination delivered last week - the chocolates were melted. 6 out of the 10 chocolates literally were a puddle, and completely inedible.<br> <br> Is this what I can expect going forward? Unless this is resolved to my satisfaction, you've lost a customer permanently. There are MANY flower delivery services out there.<br>
