Why is it even called Same day delivery!!!

i placed an order to get flowered delivered to my aunt it was a day after her birthday and I really wanted her to receive something special. I placed the order on a Friday morning and it was supposed to delivered the same day. She waited the entire day and there was nothing, I eventually called your offices and the lady told me the driver is out for delivery, she still didn't receive it and I called again and the lady told me that they got there and it was closed and apparently they called me to inform me, I told the lady that no one tried calling me as I received no calls, she then said she could try and get to delivered to my aunts home and I told her to call me after a few minutes. Like expected i received no call. My aunt only ended up recekving the flowers on Monday. It was my first using Netflorist and I will never use them again
