Why has my shopping basket disappeared?

Why has my shopping basket disappeared? when I go back to it I get: Oops! Harold broke it! We, flower fairies hate to say it, but Harold’s clumsy fingers seem to have broken the system (sad face). Please fire Harold. It's hard emough to work in your order functionality without you losing the info captured. Have to recapture the info - for about the 5th time now *X%^#/!!!!
