Wheres my refund?

Bad Service, No Service. Call number 5 and counting. Have to call them to follow up on money they owe you for no services rendered. They tell you they'll get back to you and never do. My mother never got her mothers day flowers and a month later Im still phoning Netflorist to follow up.
