Where Same-Day Delivery Means “Eventually, Maybe”
If you're considering NetFlorist for a time-sensitive surprise, allow me to save you the heartbreak: don't. Despite ordering early in the morning and selecting their proudly advertised same-day delivery, I sat waiting well beyond my office closing hours for a gift that never arrived.
Their own consultant assured us deliveries to businesses are made until 5pm. I waited. At 16:43, I got a call from their driver—not to deliver, but to tell me she wouldn't be making it and wanted a new address. When provided one, she rejected it as “too far.” So not only was the gift late, it was almost aggressively undelivered.
Let’s break this down:
Failed to deliver on the agreed day.
Driver tried to shift blame and demanded address changes.
Delivery window pushed to absurd limits.
The entire point of a thoughtful, timely gift? Obliterated.
NetFlorist, if you can’t honour your own promises, stop advertising them. “Same-day delivery” is not a vague aspiration—it’s a contract. You had the full day. You failed.
We demanded (and were granted) a refund, but the damage is done. The moment was lost, the gesture ruined, and all that remains is a bitter taste and a wasted day.
Your service is the embodiment of missed expectations and broken trust. You don't just deliver flowers—you deliver frustration, apologies on a loop, and the lingering scent of disappointment.
