Where is the love?

I have used netflortist for over 10 years. The contacts list in their order history is a reminder of many, many flowers sent to what i thought would be forever people, but Netflorist never judged me, never asked me if I was sure. They took my money and delivered on time and let me learn myself.

So imagine my disappointment when I saw a great deal on their website, planned in advance, paid, delivered and banked what would have been immense brownie points, only to be called, and told they could not honour due to a pricing error.

I told them that they should honour it, but after a call with non committal discussions, was challenged, as i was the one who thought i had commitment issues, to receive an email, telling me, not asking me, my order was changed.

Netflorist, does my order history not have enough tragedy? This bunch is for the one, the last one ever, in what will be a long love story!

You could have handled it better guys. The quirk and ***** that netflorist is renowned for was lacking in your treatment, and i have to offer a poor rating.
