Where is my order? Very unhappy

<p>Ordered on 24/10 for delivery 25/10. Recipient sat all day and had to leave at 6. Website says last delivery at 6... It's now 6.24? At 5:15 I phoned call centre to find out where order is and all they did was laugh and shout in background...nice impression. Then put me on hold until airtime ran out. Surprise now ruined, so unhappy and disappointed. Where is my order? Will never use you again and check my profile, I am a regular customer. This was for my daughters exams..she starts writing tomorrow...feel so frustrated as call centre closes at 5.30 so no parcel and one to complain to.</p>
