WHERE IS MY ORDER?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I place an order of R589 yesterday for my grandmother's birthday present as yesterday was her birthday.Now we waited and waited for the order even today nothing still and the delivery was schedule for yesterday.I am not happy at all i even want my money back.... i called them yesterday to find out what could be wrong and the guy who i spoke to told me that the driver phone us me and the reciepent and they couldnt get hold of us of which i'm still not happy with that excuse becuase the reciepient said no one has called from net florist even today. What annoys me even worse is that when i track my order its benn updated with yesterday date that i have recieved it and i havent ........
