where is my order and feedback???

I placed an order online on the 20th, paid and received confirmation of my order number to be delivered on the 21st. To date NOTHING has happened, no delivery, no feedback and absolutely no service. When I kept on mailing, because the phones just keep on ringing and ringing and ringing, I receive a generic automated response saying response time is 8 working days...***????? And than I receive a mail saying the ticket has been closed as my query has been resolved!!!! Can you believe it??!?! No contact from a single person after my money has been taken, and the cheek to just close my complaint as handled!!!!! AVOID THIS SUPPLIER.....Harold, you are a **** and your company sucks!!!!!
