What you see is not what you get!!!

The first time I ordered from Netflorist I thought this is convenient but convenient doesn't mean good quality. When I got a picture of what was delivered and compared it to what was advertised I was disgusted and felt **********. I contacted the call centre and they tried to rectify it by giving me a voucher and promising to look into the matter. I decided to give it another shot and ordered again, what a waste as the same thing happened again! Utterly disappointed, this is false advertising and it is very embarrassing when you see what the person gets! This is not on I have pictures which I would upload if I could, but I will spread the word and post them wherever I can so other people do not get ****med!
