What you see and pay for is not what gets delivered

I ordered an amaryllis plant as a gift. What was pictured on their site was very different to what was delivered. Stated that the plant would be in bud but instead a tiny plant bulb was delivered. I contacted the supplier - they wanted to collect the plant for a credit but that would have been very embarrassing for me so I declined. They should have contacted me if they did not have the right stock or offered a replacement.
