What you pay for is not what you get.

Seriously sad. Girlfriends birthday delivery in Richards Bay. Order was placed in Durban branch where staff was helpful enough. Item I chose, in addition asked to change the roses to red which was right but the other elements where different compared to website. I posted the image on the Facebook page, with the difference and i have had zero response thus far but other positive posts where responded to thereafter. Is this customer service? Very poor.
