What the actual F, Netflorist??

Ordered my mother flowers for mother day. Being international - I rely on netflorist. Definitely the last time. The bouquet they sent her looked like 1/5th of the bouquet online. Maybe the person putting it together was blind? That must be the case because I can’t see any other alternative for such a stuff up.
