What pathetic service

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother in Brits last week. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday - 11/05/2015. I got an email saying it's been done, so I phone the call center to check what went wrong, because my mother didn't receive anything. First they went and spoiled the surprise by phoning her and asking her whether she enjoyed the flowers she never received - Thanks alot!!!! And now still the delivery hasn't been made, because apparently the florist in Brits never got the request. How utterly pathetic.
