What needs to happen to get a delivery in the morning??

<p>Out of my last three orders placed, two were not delivered on the requested date as they arrived after 5pm. On both occasions the recipient was treated quite rudely by customer service or the delivery staff. Even the delivery the next day was after 2pm,,,</p> <p>On neither occasion did I receive an apology for the poor delivery service</p>
