What a waste

<p>I ordered a motherday gift for my mom on the 7th of May 2017, called on the 9th to make a small amendment and my order was cancelled by one of the consultants. Needless to say my mother has still not received her gift. I spent an hour on the phone with them and they cannot seem to track the order which was promised to be delivered today. Such terrible service.</p>
