What a ******* !!!!

What a ******* !!!! Ordered a Birthday bouquet, which as we all know is not cheap, only to receive damaged, wilted flowers. I was too embarrassed to give this to my friend for her birthday. Upon receiving it, I took pictures, emailed it to Netflorist, with my email stating why I'm not happy. And surprise surprise (this is very sarcastic) NO REPLY AT ALL... Very bad customer service.
