What a let Down....Zero Customer Care

<p>I ordered a Birthday package using your online platform on the afternoon of the 1st of August 2016. I used the “Special Instructions” section to note that the recipient would only be available at the given address until 12pm. I followed this up with at least 4 phone calls on the morning of the 2nd of August 2016 verifying that this Instruction has been noted. Further to that, I provided an alternative address to which the package could be delivered after 12pm. At about 12:08pm, I received a phone call from a lady asking whether or not the package could still be delivered to the Recipient’s work address and I asked that they first confirm this with the recipient. 10 minutes later, I received a text message informing me that the package had been dropped off and signed for by someone who is not the recipient. I then had to call in to ask that the package be collected from the work address and be delivered to the alternative address with which I provided your Call Centre. My Recipient is still without a gift on her special day? Meanwhile, I’ve paid!</p>
