WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT

must say i am extremely disappointed in this service. I requested before 9 30 for delivery time and we get put to number 21 on the delivery list. I called now and find out it will be there after 12! ruined the entire point of this as it was meant to be a suprise when she got to work!!! First and last time i use this terrible service I could have delivered it myself. If you cannot handle simple requests like delivery times then get yourselves more drivers or dont bother asking for a delivery time! I pay money for a service and i expect it to be good, not 3 hours late
