Unfortunately I cant choose zero stars. What a bunch of clowns. For the second time in 2 weeks order placed more than a week in advance to be delivered to a business address gets messed up. 1. Delivery in Cape Town. ordered for for delivery on Friday 13/03/20 at a business address. Driver phones at half past five surprised that the company is closed. then Netflorist tries to deliver the next day. 2. Delivery in Klerksdorp. Ordered for delivery on Friday 20/03/20 at a business address. Confirmed delivery will be done in time. Received message that order is out for delivery at 06h45 and after 9 hours the driver is still driving the parcel around town and the business is closed.
