Went to 1st ave instead of 1st str, caused anguish

The delivery person went to the wrong address, and then phoned the house \we are at the gate""; then they called me at work; where I then called the call line number; where I told the above story to operator; who said hang on (10 min of muzak) and then came back to me saying they are NOW at the gate; they still were not. Then left it for an hour; where they phoned the house again repeatedly.<br> I then phoned the call line number again (another 10 min muzak) where luckily there was a more receptive operator; who after I had given specific directions/landmarks; then relayed them to the driver who then drove the approx. 5 blocks to the correct address and delivered; needless to say I wasted a lot of time and a lot of stress was generated which completely negated the effect the flowers were supposed to have;will not likely use Netflorist ever again :("""
